Monthly packages give you the specified hours per month. If you use less than the specified hours for the month, the extra hours are not carried over to the next month. If you use more than the specified hours, there is an additional hourly fee as listed above.
When you purchase dialup access from eXcerta, you will be provided with an email address of the form userid@eXcerta.ca. Each additional dialup userid you purchase will have a separate email address of the form userid2@eXcerta.ca, userid3@eXcerta.ca, etc. eXcerta also offers a Corporate Email service which provides you with domain based email.
